Blue Valley Technologies (BVT) announced its participation as a Community Host in the upcoming Fiber Gaming Network (FGN) Kansas Clash. This event is a statewide online esports competition spotlighting Rocket League. The tournament is scheduled from May 31 to June 2, and invites gamers from schools or communities that have a participating Community Host.
The FGN Clash Series, taking place in Kansas, will be organized in a 3-on-3 setup and will follow a single-elimination format. Competitors will compete for a total prize pool of $5,000.
In order to qualify for participation, individuals must not be active players in the Rocket League Championship Series (RLCS). In addition, at least one member of the team should reside in an area that a Community Host can service or be enrolled in a school that is sponsored by a Community Host. All participants must be at least 13 years old.
“We are thrilled to host the FGN Kansas Clash and provide an exciting opportunity for local gamers to showcase their skills,” said Angie Armstrong, director of marketing and community relations. “Many local gamers play and compete across our robust internet services, and we are excited to see them take on gamers across Kansas in this tournament.”
