The Eisenhower Foundation has announced that a design submitted by Ben Tegtmeier of Eudora has been selected for the Eisenhower Silo Project on the Bert & Wetta Sales silo in Abilene. The mural will be completed in the fall of 2024 by Mindy Allen of Mindy’s Murals, Junction City.

This project is being completed thanks to generous support from the Kansas Department of Commerce, the Kansas Creative Arts and Industries Commission (which receives support from the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency), the Community Foundation of Dickinson County, and Bert & Wetta Sales Inc.
