Kansas Manufacturing Leaders Gather for 2025 Summit to Showcase Innovation, Collaboration, and ‘Coolest Thing Made in Kansas’

The Kansas Chamber and Manufacturing Council are hosting the 2025 Kansas Manufacturing Summit taking place October 27-28 at the Hyatt Regency Wichita. Manufacturers, educators, and community leaders from Kansas will come together to talk about challenges, share solutions, and celebrate Kansas manufacturing. Sessions at the event will discuss topics such as workforce development, innovation, and supply chain resilience, and hands-on learning and collaboration opportunities will also be offered. Business leaders and industry experts from different manufacturing sectors will be speaking to attendees.
This year’s agenda features: Keynote: Tiffany Stovall of Kansas Manufacturing Solutions on the state of Kansas manufacturing. MFG Talks: Discussions on taxes, tariffs, cybersecurity, leadership, and advanced manufacturing. Interactive Workshops: Led by Kansas industry leaders Erica Kruckenberg (Schwan’s), Paula Landoll-Smith (Landoll Company), and Dr. Katie Ervin (Catalyst Development). Panel Discussion: Made in Kansas, Shaped by National Dynamics with Eric Stafford (Kansas Chamber), Dr. Sheree Utash (WSU Tech), Derek Hickey (Schwan’s), and invited Kansas congressional members. Coolest Thing Made in Kansas Award: Presentation on October 28 at 3:30 p.m., celebrating innovation and creativity in Kansas manufacturing.
