The Community Foundation for Cloud County (CFCC) recently awarded grants to three organizations in the area. These grants were funded through the Leonard and Dorothy Swenson Fund, Dane G. Hansen Community Grant Fund, and the Cloud County Public Health Fund.

CFCC’s goal is to continue to award monthly grants to help with projects that will benefit the county. Below are the winners for October:

· The Cloud County Resource Center received $2,000 for Holiday Food Baskets

· The City of Concordia received $20,000 for Concordia Sports Complex Protective Netting

· The Cloud County Community College Foundation received $2,339 for Operational Assistance for the Cloud Cares Food Pantry.
