Local Kansas Farm Bureau Helps Students at USD 379

By Ryan Duey

Farm Bureau Financial Services (FBFS) of Clay County partnered with Kansas Farm Bureau (KFB) members to help families pay for school lunches at USD 379. This generous donation is part of KFB’s End Hunger Campaign, focused on fighting hunger in local communities.

$2,500 was donated to the school district, helping many students clear their lunch debt. Justin Tadtman, Farm Bureau Agent in Clay Center, spoke to the importance of helping these families.

Justin applauded his staff, the Farm Bureau Board, and USD 379 for the teamwork that took place between them to help these students and families.

With the need to end hunger always ongoing Justin and his fellow KFB agents realize the need to continue to help when can.
