NCKL Varsity Tennis playoff at Concordia High School April 26th.

Participating League Members:  Abilene, Concordia, Clay Center, Chapman, Marysville

Clay Center Community High School Varsity Tennis secured the NCKL Championship today at Concordia, winning 15 of 16 matches played.  

Clay Center  37 Points   1st

Marysville     33 Points   2nd

Concordia     12 Points   3rd

Abilene           9 Points   4/5 Tie

Chapman       9 Points    4/5 Tie

#1 Doubles   Brooks Craig/ Anthony Davies  3-1  2nd Place

#2 Doubles   JT Alton/  Eli Pfizenmaier  4-0 1st Place

The Clay Center Varsity team will now be gearing up for the Regional at McPherson on May 3, 2024. With a season record of 7-1, their only non-first place finish occurred on April 2 at Lindsborg, where they secured 4th place against top 3-A tennis programs.
