The Conservation Districts of Clay, Dickinson, and Ottawa Counties invite you to join them for a free, fun, and informative workshop: Homesteading for Soil Health.
This event will be held on Saturday, April 13th at Sterl Hall in Abilene. Registration begins at 8:30 am, with complimentary coffee, doughnuts, and lunch provided.
This Workshop will include:
· Beekeeping basics with Jessica & Casey Knudson from Glasco.
· Community and regenerative agriculture with Shelby Beyer of Anchor Farms from Cheney.
· Exploring pollinator plants for a continuous food source with Jason Graves from K-State Extension.
· And a free copy of “Building Soils for Better Crops” for participants (while supplies last).
