Bob and Bonnie Totten from Topeka are gearing up to launch a pop-up shop for House 2 Home Design & Decor in Frankfort. Set to open this weekend, March 21-23, in downtown Frankfort, the Tottens will temporarily bring their home decor wares to the community.

The pop-up, located at 105 E. Second St., hopes to revitalize interest in the area following the closure of Elsie Grace’s gift and bake shop when the owner retired. The building’s owners, Brooke and Andy Mitchell, are upgrading the space and see the pop-up as a potential precursor to a permanent replacement.

The shop will feature accent furniture, accessories, jams, jellies, and more. With roots in Marshall County, the Tottens view Frankfort as a strategic location to reach customers in surrounding areas. This venture marks a new chapter in their retirement, one they’re excited to explore alongside the supportive community of Frankfort.
