The Washington Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Trunk or Treat event.  Caroline Scoville, treasurer of the Chamber of Commerce, tells us about the activity.

She also shares what a person should do if the would like to have a trunk at the event.

Prizes will be given for the best trunks. Caroline talks about the trunk judging.

There will also be drawings for bikes. There will be four age categories. Children can sign up at the event and must be present to win.
