Financial Literacy is an important skill we should all master. High Schools are teaching Financial Literacy in school and the Washington High School FBLA is doing their part to make sure everyone has an opportunity to become more financially literate. Michelle Bruna, FBLA advisor tells us about the Financial Literacy Night that was hosted by the Washington High School FBLA.

She also talks about the next Financial Literacy Night they plan to host.

The Washington High School FBLA hosted the Financial Literacy Night as a Community Service Project.  A couple of years ago Washington High FBLA received a $10,000 NexGen Personal Finance Grant to help support events like the Financial Literacy Night.
