Community Memorial Healthcare (CMH) of Marysville is collaborating with Pawnee Mental Health Services to provide a “Mental Health First Aid” class on Friday, February 23rd, from 8:30 am to 5 pm in the CMH South Plaza Conference Room.

Ashley Kracht, Director of Public Relations at CMH gives some details on this upcoming class.

Kracht says she participated in the first class and learned a great deal about how to help others and herself.

Thanks to a grant this class is completely free to the public, but participants must pre-register by February 19th.
