The Dwight D. Eisenhower Excellence in Public Service Series is now accepting nominations for its next class.
This program, part of a network of 20 state organizations, aims to:
· Provide first-class leadership training,
· Encourage and prepare women leaders for government and political roles,
· Offer access to political and government leaders,
· Establish a core of qualified women for key public service roles,
· Form a statewide political network for women.
The Eisenhower Series is renowned for its success, sponsoring one class of outstanding Republican women from across Kansas each year. Founded in 2006, the program has seen over 300 women participate, many of whom now hold high-level positions in state government and legislature or are active grassroots leaders.
Class events occur monthly, typically on Saturdays, at various locations across Kansas.
