The Eisenhower Foundation in Abilene has commissioned a mural of President Dwight D. Eisenhower to be painted on the Bert & Wetta Silo this fall.

Emily Miller of the Eisenhower Foundation says they are looking to fellow Kansans for the design.

Miller wants designers to keep in mind that entries must incorporate the life and legacy of President Eisenhower, with a submission deadline of April 30th.

Miller stated that this project would not be possible without the generous support from their Sponsors.
