The Marshall County Arts Cooperative (MCAC) is sponsoring a performance by The Many Moccasins Dance Troupe, an ensemble of professional Native American performers. The performance will take place at Alcove Spring Park in Blue Rapids on Saturday, March 23rd at 3:00 p.m.
Formed in 2001, The Many Moccasins Dance Troupe will perform traditional Native American dances to entertain and educate the audience. MCAC Board Member Colette Ottens says The Dance Troupe is based out of Winnebago, Nebraska.
The presentation is free to the public, donations will be accepted. Attendees are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs and blankets. In the case of rain, the performance will be held at the Blue Rapids Elementary School Gymnasium. You can find more information on MCAC’s Facebook page.
