On March 26, the Friends of the Clay Center Library held their annual meeting at the 4th & Court Bookshop in Clay Center.

Logann Osborne is a member of the FOL Board and serves as the group’s Secretary. She said the meeting was a chance to let the public see what the Clay Center Carnegie Library has been up to.

The meeting included approving Amanda Gierhan as a new FOL Board member, the yearly Treasury Report, book reports from Judy Dreeszen, Steve Birkbeck, and Logann Osborne, and a report from Library Director Brittany Girton, which included several statistics from the Library’s past year.

The meeting ended with the Board handing out books and snacks.
